Breakfast time can be really busy in most households, so being able to sit down and have a full cooked breakfast won’t be very easy or likely to happen. Smoothies – Getting kids to eat fruits and vegetables can be tricky when they are in their full form but if you blend them up and make them taste nice, your kids will love them. This is why smoothies are ideal for doing this. You can add all sorts of fruit such as strawberries, bananas, pineapples into the blender but also throw in some carrots or cucumber and your kids won’t be able to taste the difference.

Nut Bag – If you’re really pushed on certain mornings, make up some small bags containing nuts, pumpkin seeds, dried fruits and dates. Your kids can eat these on the way to school and they are so good for their health.
