Next it is time to work on the exercise. This is the fastest and most effective way to burn off the fat on the body. It won’t shift itself and make take a long time if you only use a diet. So start small and get them to do 5-10 minutes of exercise a day. Build up that amount until they are doing 30-45 minutes every day. This amount will get their bodies burning the fat because it needs to find the fuel to use.

Kids healthy weight loss is always going to be a balance. You need to make sure they are getting the nutrients they need but also need to cut down on calories and increase the exercise.
