I have a cultural event coming up in 3 weeks and we’re all wearing outfits that show our tummy. I look healthy and thin overall…but after having 2 kids my lower tummy needs some help…!
I tried looking all over the net on tips for a flatter tummy fast…but its al the same thing…
-eat less
-avoid carbs
-work-out!!!
but nothing specific of what i should be avoiding…
Can anyone plz give me tips on what to avoid and what foods not to eat before the big event… im not asking for a 6pack…but a flatter belly would definately help!!!

P.s. i do not have time to work out!!! however i can watch what i eat …so dietry advice wuld be appricated!
