Help! I need a healthy MEAL PLAN for a teen like me? I’m 15, 5’4, and about 106 pounds? Please make me one..

This is what i eat each day basically.

Breakfast- About 3/4 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats with 2% milk, but not a lot.

Usually no snack.

Lunch- A nature valley granola bar and 1 pack of 100 calorie packs.

Snack- Sometimes a few pretzles or wheat thins, not always though. maybe some nuts.

Dinner- Smart Ones frozen dinner, with maybe a small side salad sometimes with barley any dressing.

Dessert- Small Golden spoon frozen yogurt, or sometimes weight watchers ice cream bar.

I need tips on what i should add to my diet, cause i know i’m missing a lot. i’m not concerned about my weight i don’t really think i’m fat, it’s just that i want to know what a normal kid my age and height should eat. I’m always at school so i need something that’s easy and nutritous. Thanks! *Please add snacks…

Bad health conditions in family. How do I stay healthy?

I grew up with both parents smoking a lot. Diet wasn’t superhealthy, there was always a lot of sweets and rich foods around. As a kid I liked running around and exercising, but I got depressed and stopped until I was in high school. Later on I went out every night to smoky bars, and I put pressure on my heart with disordered eating (cycles of anorexic behaviour, spells of bulimia, overeating), sometimes drugs, and never enough sleep. There was always a lot of drama, too.
My weight has gone up and down by 4 stone, and is currently up. My BMI is borderline obese, and I am one ice cream away from diabetes 2. I know the sensible stuff to do, but when I’m stressed I comfort eat, and hope to start it all tomorrow. There’s been a lot of family shit, and so on. You try to cope as best you can.

Anyway, I’ve gotten more allergic to stuff and I can’t stand cigarette smoke anymore. Becoming reclusive cos everyone here smokes!

I just heard another close family member died (heart and lung failure). Heart attacks, strokes and diabetes run in the family. As does a temper, and depression. Three members of the family have also got MS, two have died prematurely of it.

We aren’t stupid, average IQ is pretty high, but really emotional people who fight a lot and compensate the totally wrong way. I try to stay away and chill out. Also I have never smoked (but had enough second hand). I want to get back to exercise and eating right, but it’s really hard. The food thing especially. I probably have to say goodbye to everything with sugar or sweeteners, for like, ever. But also a bunch of other stuff I’m reacting to, and the smoke allergy is enough of a social killer, without not being able to come over for dinner, or just sit there and feel like you’re insulting the host.

I’m just really scared now. I’m pretty masculine, and put on weight around the belly mostly, which is the dangerous weight. I do put on muscle easier than normal, which is good.
In general I think that means I have less protection from estrogen than other women, though, and my heart has been freaking out when I wake in the middle of the night. My sleep is really light, and I get insomnia and heavy fatigue.

What tips would you have to break the cycle? I feel like I am calmer without sugar and meat, but it’s hard. Please be kind, I’m just so freaked out..

How do you keep a healthy diet without your hair falling out?

I was trying to loose weight a few months ago and finally reached half of my goal- which is loosing about 10-15 pounds and get my tummy toned. I already lost the weight that I wanted to so I’m not trying to loose weight now. I had a baby in May and at the same time that I was trying to loose weight my hair started falling out- I have 4 children & I never had a hair loss problem before until now- I had asked a question about hair loss before and I thought it was maybe because I had a kid & sometimes hair loss is expected- OK fine, my baby’s 7 mo. now. It seems like ever since I lost weight my hair has gotten weaker- & loose handfulls at times. I’m eating the right foods so I know is not that. I feel healthier but my hair is stressed out. Any tips anyone can help me with? Maybe home remedies to make my hair stronger and so it can grow? Or perhaps maybe something thats good for hair loss? I rather much would appreaciate home remedies. I really dont want to take any prescriptions. Thanks.

Is my diet healthy? Why isn’t my lower stomach fat coming off?

Here’s my body right now: my height is 5’3″ and I’m 17. I weigh 113 pounds….. before I started working out I was 104 pounds but with a HUGE stomach….. i’m trying to tone up and look really cut and get a rock hard body….. but my stomach Fat is NOT coming off >:(

Here is my diet:
I eat about 1,800 – 2,000 calories per day of completely healthy foods. Lots of cold water, soymilk, fruits, veggies, salmon, tuna, eggs, cheese, peanut butter, etc. I’m a pescetarian (meaning I only eat fish and dairy, but NO meat!) and I also eat gluten-free because I have celiac disease. Sometimes I have a “cheat treat” about once a week that contains gluten in it (such as a bag of sour patch kids or ice cream) even though i’m not supposed to have it….. my symptoms come back for about a day and i’m in a lot of pain and then it’s gone… haha

Exercise Routine: I exercise 6-7 days a week and I workout for a MINIMUM of 8 hours a week……. I weight train with a personal trainer 4 times a week for 30 minutes and I do an hour of cardio at LEAST 6 days a week…… sometimes I take Sundays off if I’m too tired but sometimes I’ll get an hour of cardio in everyday for 7 days a week…. I do either the elliptical for an hour, jog on the treadmill for an hour, or do 30 minutes of each…… If I do both I’ll run 3 miles in 30 minutes… but if I jog for an hour I’ll run 5 miles at a steady and comfortable pace…… is this enough??? any tips??? i’m trying to flatten my stomach and it’s still not flat??? i’ve been doing this exercise/diet regimen for 3 and a 1/2 months already !!!

Can you advise me on a healthy, but easy diet for a child with a heart problem?

My sister (7 years old) was born with a uni-ventrical heart (she was missing the whole left chamber of her heart), so they reconstructed it. Anyway I’d like some tips on some healthy meals and snacks that we could prepare for her, things that would be easy on her heart (light) and keep her alive and well for a long time. Also things that are reasonably cheap, tasty for a little kid and easy to make. Please, need your help, she seriously needs to eat a little better. Thanx in advance!!!
