This is what i eat each day basically.
Breakfast- About 3/4 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats with 2% milk, but not a lot.
Usually no snack.
Lunch- A nature valley granola bar and 1 pack of 100 calorie packs.
Snack- Sometimes a few pretzles or wheat thins, not always though. maybe some nuts.
Dinner- Smart Ones frozen dinner, with maybe a small side salad sometimes with barley any dressing.
Dessert- Small Golden spoon frozen yogurt, or sometimes weight watchers ice cream bar.
I need tips on what i should add to my diet, cause i know i’m missing a lot. i’m not concerned about my weight i don’t really think i’m fat, it’s just that i want to know what a normal kid my age and height should eat.
