My daughter needs to lose a few pounds her gymnastics coach is concerned she gained a few pounds and now weighs as much as a 6 year old should. We all know that in gymnastics the girls need to be super thin and I don’t want her to end up with an eating disorder so I thought maybe a half a Trim Spa a couple times a day might curb her appetite. She eats really healthy otherwise no sugar aside from the pixie sticks before lessons and diet Red Bulls no meat and no dairy. Any diet tips would help. Thanks to all who answer!!
