Trouble with maintaining weight (i do not want to lose weight, i want to gain)?

Ever since I was born I have had a really sensitive stomach. I can’t be too nervous or I can’t stomach food. It never used to be such a big deal until I hit adulthood and all that stress piled on. Add that on with five hour long classes that don’t really give us enough time to break for meals, hw and thus lack of sleep+stress and I’ve lost a lot of weight. I commute as well so that lengthens my days to eight hours without a proper full meal. I wish there were some other way to handle this, but as far as I know there isn’t so I’ve gone around not sleeping well, and not eating well at all. Usually I need to be relaxed and be at home or a nice restaurant with friends I’m comfortable with to eat.
I can’t even eat on dates cause I’d be too nervous and usually I have to force myself but its hell afterwards.
Does anybody have any tips as to how I can gain a little more weight or at least maintain it? i’m 5’2, female, and probably around 105 or 100 right now. I know thats a healthy weight for someone my size, but I’m a little sick of hearing “oh you’ve lost so much weight”. Not many people get that it can just be as mentally debilitating as hearing you’re fat, and I would know I was fat at one point in my life.It hurts just as much because in the end you’re told that you aren’t good enough. Anyhow, I was able to get fat cause I was a kid with a lot more relaxed lifestyle, sturdier stomach, and I would just eat drumsticks at 3 am. It doesn’t seem to work so well anymore that way.
But psychologicall damage aside, I would like to maintain my weight as well as for my own preferences. I don’t want to get any skinnier. But how would someone like me, with a sensitive stomach be able to do that? Sometimes all I want to eat are just certain types of foods and if I make myself eat say meat and I didn’t want to then that wouldn’t work out to well in the end.
Any genuine advice and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Also I’m lactose intolerant so I am not able to add dairy into my diet and eggs are generally a problem.

I want to lose 50 pounds?

I was a little chubby as a kid, but nothing too bad… when I was 14 I gained 30 lbs and was eventually diagnosed with hypothyroid meaning my thyroid didn’t produce enough hormones causing my metabolism to significantly work less.

Anyway, now I’m 18, 230 lbs and looking to lose between 40-60 lbs putting me around 170 or 180 which is a healthy weight for a someone 5’11′ according to my doctor.

I don’t want a fancy diet that’ll cost me money each month, just some tips on how to exercise (ie what cardio to do, etc), and some tips on how to eat (ie what to cut out, healthy snacks, etc).

If anyone has a link to a free site with info like that, please post it, otherwise just post me some info I can use, thanks everyone!

I want to lose 30 pounds in 3 months (stats inside)?

Okay so I am 15, 5’3 and 138 pounds. For a healthy weight I should be 115. I really want to lose 30 pounds in three months if that is possible.

I am Portuguese and I eat relitively healthy but I do have a strong sweet tooth. I have extremely large breasts which make me look bigger…size FF and no I’m not kidding. I hate them.

Because I am 15, I cant exactly buy excessive amounts of fruit, diet pills, gym pass etc.

I just want tips on how to loose weight, exersize, and maybe kicking habbits. Maybe some tips of tasty foods. Maybe even vegan recipies.

I’ve gained a total of 81 in the course of 5 years, I want to lose now, any advice or tips for me to do this?

I’m 16 years old, 5’9, 241 pounds. I once was a healthy,130 pound, 5’4, happy, go-lucky kid. Always outside playing, running around. Then I was sent away to my grandma’s in Seattle, WA. Since then everything changed, my grandma made me eat everything on my plate she served three times the amount your supposed to eat and I couldn’t leave the table until I ate it all. She didn’t let me go outside much, so I started to become a couch potato and a procrastinator when I came back the next year I had gained a whopping 30 pounds! Ever since then I kept gaining and gaining to the place where I am at now. I don’t completely blame my grandma, I should have said something or done something so my diet wasn’t ruined… But the past is the past and now I’m suffering greatly from it. I’m pre-diabetic, obese, depressed, mild to severe acne, B.O, no energy (almost lethargic) extremely low self-esteem… I need help! I want this weight gone! I can’t do this alone, I need help! I don’t know what to do, I’m desperate!! I want to be that happy, healthy girl again before things went to the toilet! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

i Have always been FAT since a kid! My weight is embarrassing! I love my hubby but my low self esteem makes me believe that i dont deserve him. That he deserves a pretty thin girl! School lunches are so unhealthy, want your opnion on this?

At my school we have around 5 choices for lunch, a burger, pizza, tacos and another rando choice like macroni and cheese. How am i to eat healthy with these choices, we have fruit but it looks old and is packaged weird. I want to pack my own luch sometime, bu i cant carry it through my classes and not to mention i have to eat something.
I am sick and tired of gov’t complaining we are too fat, well maybe if they provided better food for kids, they would eat beeter though their adult life.
